Introducing Our New Partner in Crime (er, Sustainability!)
At CoLab, we have learned a lot about what makes a great partnership: shared passion, lots of dedication, aligned goals, and – who could forget – a glitzy new blog post to show it off! As we and our new partner, Bullfrog Power, have the first three in spades, let’s get cracking on introductions.
For those of you who do not know, Bullfrog Power is Canada’s leading green energy provider. When you bullfrogpower an event or facility, Bullfrog ensures that the same amount of green energy is put onto the grid to match what your event or facility uses, displacing electricity from polluting sources. Bullfrog’s green electricity comes from a blend of wind and low-impact hydro power sourced from new Canadian renewable energy facilities.
The CoLab-Bullfrog partnership has two main benefits:
- CoLab’s affiliate Members are now able to reduce their carbon emissions for all their events by receiving bullfrogpower at no cost;
- Organizations that participate in CoLab Affiliate Member programs will receive a discount on green energy should they choose to bullfrogpower their facilities
