We support communities through a 7-step process to launch a Hub. This process is divided into two phases: Hub Exploration and Hub Development.

Through Hub Exploration, we’ll work with you to:

• Understand current business sustainability needs in your community.
• Gather input from key stakeholders, including local businesses, to better understand how a Hub could address business needs and complement existing initiatives.
• Assess the financial and team resources required to successfully launch a Hub and build a plan of action.

At the conclusion of the Hub Exploration steps, we will determine collectively if a Hub is right for your community. If it is, you’ll officially join the Green Economy Canada network, and move forward to complete the remaining 4 steps of the Hub Development phase to launch a Hub.
