Crayfish Holdings Inc owns two industrial sites in Cambridge, totalling 44,000 sq ft.

Both sites are built with energy efficiency in mind, with standard Canadian designed LED lighting, EV charging at each location and the special floor based air destratification systems that eliminate ceiling fans. At each site too the heating for the production areas is all centralized in one programmable thermostat and the HVAC is above industry standards SEER levels (17 versus 13).
