Kingston & Frontenac Housing Corporation is a social housing provider that manages of 1,577 rent-geared-to-income, rent-supplemented housing units, senior and adult units in the City of Kingston and Frontenac County, Ontario.

Project

KFHC previously upgraded over 1,000 lights in halls and stairwells to eco-friendly fluorescent bulbs. In 2017, they upgraded again, replacing all 24-hour fluorescent lighting with LED lights. These LED lights will last about 6 years, avoiding labour costs for annually replacing fluorescent bulbs.
