They can also encourage customers to stay longer to purchase goods and services while waiting for their vehicle to charge. Why install EV charging stations? Raise your public profile EV chargers provide a visible symbol of your interest and commitment to sustainability. They also put you on the map (literally) when people search for EV charging locations. Why install EV charging stations? Reduce carbon emissions A quarter of Canada’s GHG emissions come from transportation. EV chargers help reduce those emissions by supporting EV adoption among your customers, your employees, and in your own fleet. Why install EV charging stations? Get ahead of the curve The federal government has mandated that all light-duty vehicles sold in Canada will be zero emission vehicles by 2035. Installing charging stations will prepare your business for the future and position it to reap the benefits from a growing public demand for EV charging locations.
