Sayza is a welcoming wellness and yoga studio in the heart of Norfolk County. Our hope is that the community comes to consider our studio as a home away from home. We offer a variety of fitness and yoga classes for the whole family as well as a number of wellness services including Osteopathy, Homeopathy, Life coaching, Thai Massage, Nutrition Planning, Personal Training and Doula Services. Our goal is to share our passion of health and wellness, to pass on our love for life, and overall, to help our community thrive.
