Board’s Honey

Sudbury

Hub: Green Economy North

Board’s Honey Farm has been serving customers in the Nipissing region, and people traveling to Restoule from locations including the Greater Toronto Area for 48+ years. Boards incorporated in 2014, and currently manages 150 colonies of bees that produce honey and related beehive products. Their website features items that are made on-site with wild crafted raw materials and produce that is either grown in their own gardens or sourced from other local farms. The farm store is open seasonally from May to December, and they have focused on creating a summer self-guided tour that provides opportunities for families to experience the beauty of nature. Boards has also hosted many local schools and conducted workshops to educate its participants on the importance of honeybees, their role in nature, and their amazing by products.
